INDIA'S spices exports broke the export target and previous record in 2010/11 and the country's Spices Board believes this is the foundation for even stronger growth in the future. A new record for exports in the year ending March was set at 525,750 tonnes, a near-5% climb from the previous year's 502,750 tonnes.
